Sick....

Darn.... I hate it when ur nose is blocked and ur throat hurts when it coughs.... However, you are not that sick till you can't get out of bed. So I still have to go to work.... and *cough* *cough* *sniff* *sniff* all morning..... Must be the BBQ that I went last saturday..... Pics have uploaded on facebook ^_^

Reminisces....

I did something that I have not done in a long long time...... The last time I did this was my during my study week before the exams in poly which was like 7 years ago..... that is STUDYING in a LIBRARY........ makes me feel like a student all over again

Yup.... I am studying for my exams coming up next week. This marks the almost ending of my Basic Officer Course (BOC) in training school..... After abt 5 mths, gotta cram whatever I have learned in 3 papers that are 3 hrs long each..... I m so dead.... Hiaz!!!!!

Got so bored studying tt i started playing with my hp camera.... somemore it was raining so heavily that makes me wanna just go home and snuggled in my blanket n zzzzzzzzzzzz!!!! Hope stuff that i read remains in my head until exams are over!

On Training

It has been quite some time since I last updated my blog. Well, cos I was a little busy with my training at the Prison Staff Training School. Yup, I have been accepted to be a Prison Officer. Currently going throught the residental phase of my training which is 22 weeks long. I gotta stay in school from Mon to Fri and only get to book out on Friday eveing like a NS recruit.... haha....

Training has been quite interesting althought there is physical training everyday where there's lots of running involved (I dun like running....). Get to attend 5-days OBS (Outward Bound Singapore) course as part of the training and that was good although I goota to lay off some activities as I have injured my knee again *hiaz* Still remember the last time I attended the OBS during secondary school. It was really fun. I am glad that at least I get to go and join in some activities . Will try to update more stuff with pictures soon ^_^. Till then, tata..... and take care ^_^

Movie "不能说的秘密"

I went n watch the show directed by Jay Zhou. The title of the movie is " Secret" otherwise known as "不能说的秘密".


The movie potrays love towards music. It has a sweet storyline but a little sad in the end.... I also get to see some superb playing of the piano in the show. Might consider getting the vcd ^_^

Job.... No more!!!!

He says that I m being a funny bitch.... I was like huh??? WTF!

Then he said that I did not clear the tables fast enough... WTFH!!!

Then he called the marketing person in charge and said that he wants me FIRED! FINE BY ME!!! So now i get to sleep at home =) Wee!!!!! I m so happy.....

New Job...

I found a job and have been there 2 months. Working as a restaurant supervisor @ The Simple Life (TSL) in Wheelock place and this restaurant is co-located with Fish & Co (Wheelock). LIke a sister company =)
This is the first time I am working in a F&B line... however, it's not the first time that I am working in a service sector so no biggie for me =)

Working environment is not bad although it is shift work. I dun mind the shift work though cos it means that I have time to run personal errands before going to work when I am working afternoon shift. Colleagues there are super fun ^_^ Pple at Fish & Co are wacky haha..... Not sure if hw long I will be working there though...

Before I got this job, I have also applied for the position of Prison Officer. However, as it was a mass recruitment exercise, it took quite a while to get back to me with regards to my application. I was asked to take a for psychometric test 2 weeks after I got the job at TSL. Apparently I passed the test. However, I suck big time at my interview 3 weeks later........ didn't know what to answer during role play.... =(

2 weeks later....

I gotta an email informing me to go for a Physical Fitness test (PFT). If I pass this test I get to go for a job preview (Basically to let u see the working environment)..... Thank goodness I pass although I seriously hated the running part (1.2km to be finished in 8 mins 40 sec).... My legs weren't mine anymore after tt bloody tiring run (by the way, I hate running!). Whatsmore, we need to climb 4 storeys to get back to the room where we first gathered..... Utterly tiring..... Job preview was a big eye-opener for me..... Guess this job will be a big challenge and a big change for me if I do get it ^_^ Wish me luck guys... Right now, all I am waiting for is to do my medical examination and wait.... to see if they will shortlist me......

Nite out....

Went for a nite out with my frens.... and this particular guy got really drunk.....
N the thing is when he gets drunk.... he becomes violent n drinks even more.....worse, he starts taking his drink 'neat' instead of diluting it with a mixer.....n asking pple to drink too...
Afterwhich, he falls asleep across someone's lap while holding onto my hand... n *yikes* i could feel his teeth lightly biting me a little....*hmm.... do i taste like a chicken wing???* Anyway.. luckily he fell asleep after that.....n he stayed that way till the pub closes..Then lo n behold, we gotta wake him if not, we will need to drag him out of the pub.... But once he wakes up, there he goes again.... hiaz..... as the saying, should let sleeping dogs lie.... hehe.....
