Achy Achy.....

I was having In-Service Training yesterday. Morning session was just talk... while the afternoon session we had a BodyBalance try-out @ Fittness First Tampines (CPF Building). The BodyBalance was fabulous. It comprises of Tai-Chi, Pilates & Yoga. It really stretch every single muscle in your body.

After that, we are off to the next event.... SPS Cross Country @ East Coast Park. Was being arrowed to join the run. 4km though not too long nor too short.... but it's a killer when you just finished a BodyBalance program and you have not being exercising for a long time. And to top it off... it started to rain halfway through. I finished the run being a wet chicken!!! =.=!!!

Oh Well, hopefully I dun get sick..... which I didn't and Still have to go to work with aching muscles today! lol
